AUTHORIZATION: Nelnet Business Solutions, Inc., doing business as Nelnet Campus Commerce, has contracted with Miami University to act as its agent for select online stores. You are an authorized signer on the account provided. You hereby authorize Nelnet Campus Commerce to initiate a debit or charge entry to the account provided. You acknowledge that the origination of payment(s) to your account must comply with provisions of U.S. Law.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY: Data collected and stored by Nelnet Campus Commerce is governed by the Institution’s privacy policy. This data will not be used by Nelnet Campus Commerce in any manner not approved by the Institution unless required by law (for example, a court order or subpoena). Access to the data shall be restricted to authorize Nelnet Campus Commerce associates and shall be used only for the purposes of providing service to you or the Institution. Nelnet Campus Commerce maintains physical, procedural, and electronic safeguards to protect data from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.

SHIPPING: When your order contains shippable items, your payment may be processed immediately if the items will ship within approximately 24 hours. If your order will not be shipped within 24 hours, your payment will not be processed until the order has been shipped. In the event your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately. If so, your entire transaction amount will be processed at the time your first shipment is sent.
